Job Description

  • Handle operational activities over service/sale counters
  • Handle walk-in customers according to the assigned counter or assigned role
  • Welcome, guide and manage each walk-in customer when in the role of Floor Greeter
  • Coordinate and follow-up with multiple stake holders for issue resolution

The ideal candidate should

  • Hold a Bachelors degree in any discipline. Masters degree would be added advantage
  • Have 2 -3 years of customer care experience
  • Candidate should be in between age group of 24 to 28.
  • Be a team player, energetic, and must have command on multi-tasking.
  • Candidate must have pleasant and presentable personality and even tempered.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in operating MS Office suite specially MS Word and Excel
