  • Perform & handle projects, initiatives & deliverables as assigned from time to time by the Manager Sales Planning & Operations.
  • Design and conduct trainings programs of ES team;
  • Facilitate Telephone Account Managers (TAM) nationwide by providing them the required data;
  • Analyze and report the performance of TAMs on daily, weekly, monthly basis;
  • Calculate the incentive/commission of TAMs as per their respective KPIs;
  • Coordinate and follow up with other teams (internal/external) regarding essential day to day activities;
  • Apply techniques and knowledge to enhance revenue and reduce churn
